All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Standard UK Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days for delivery. First class orders take 1 to 2 working days. International orders take between 7 and 14 days, depending on the destination. Please email us at email@example.com for specific time frames on international deliveries as this can vary.

You may receive a refund for an item if the product is unsatisfactory due to faulty packaging or if the product is defective. Please note that we cannot accept returns on simply unwanted goods due to the nature of products that we sell. It is your responsibility to choose the correct product. Exchanges can be made for unopened and undamaged products but please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charges to exchange the product.
Products which have been opened, used or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund due to the nature of the products that we sell. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
Sample Beauty Ltd are not responsible for adverse effects by products sold through the Website. It is your responsibility to choose the correct products for your skin type. We cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by damage or neglect after goods are received. We cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on sample stock due to the nature of the products that we sell. Samples are packaged into Sample Beauty's own packaging.
To return a product, you must email a returns request via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 28 days of you receiving your products with the reasons for the refund request. You will receive a reply which contains instructions for returns, a returns authorisation number and the address where you must send your item to. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is fault, incorrect or misdescribed.
The term "full refund" does not include delivery costs. You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Sample Beauty Ltd are not responsible for the loss of returned items during delivery. It is your responsibility to return the items via a secure delivery service.
